Copy Handler: free software to copy and move files

A new beta of Copy Handler is out. This version features more universal installer and possibly fixes the bug causing Copy Handler to crash at startup. If this bug will appear - please let me know.

I haven't made as much changes in this beta as I would like, but since I am leaving for 2 weeks, I thought it would be better to release it before.
