I don't really know what you are doing that causes switching language to Chinese or something, but if that happened already...Open your configuration file for Copy Handler (ch.ini), find there the entry for language and change it to english (or just try to navigate the program to display configuration window and change language).

Most probably you are using Windows NT series of system (Windows NT4, 2000, XP, 2003 Server, ...) and the files you are trying to copy contains some characters in unicode format, that cannot be properly converted to the native character set. These problems causes CH to report an error when trying to open a source file.

Yup. That happens in this program now. At first it was a feature - I was angry when moving data to some folder with files, skipped and had to manually remove source folder with files I skipped. However now it is a problem, since a few people lost some of their files because of that. I am planning to fix this when I have more time.

Right click context menu items are disabled. Why ?

Most probably you are referring to the 'Copy To', 'Move To' and 'Move To Special' commands that exists in the explorer context menu, when you register CH shell extension.
These are disabled by default, because you haven't defined the paths to be displayed. To turn the commands on - refer to the configuration of Copy Handler to the section of 'Shortcuts'. Double click on the 'Defined shortcuts' count' and define the paths there. When you apply the changes, the explorer menu items should be enabled.

Probably something happened last time the program was writing state files to the disk. Just remove the *.atp, *.atd and *.log from the temp directory of your profile manually and restart the program.
