Hi, just found a bug with CH 3.1b: When installed and running as a system process, copy handler seems to interfere with windows key combinations, such as the one to start explorer (Windows Key + E) and the run command (Windows Key + R).

Removing Copy Handler resolved the issue for me.

On my installation it is opposite. When Copy Handler is running Windows + E is working. if I quit, the key combination stops working. Windows + R is working correctly all the times.
