When I try to create a shortcut to a certain file Copy Handler 1.31 wants to move the source file instead of creating a shortcut.

For example, I tried to drag ch.exe from my C:\Program Files\Copy Handler\ to C:\Shortcuts\ while pressing the Alt key. Copy Handler then moves ch.exe to that directory. This happens with the Ctrl+Shift modifier as well. The only workaround I've found is to drag ch.exe with the right mouse button, releasing it in the same folder (C:\Program Files\Copy Handler\) and choosing Create Shortcuts Here... and then move the .lnk to where I want it.
