I've just installed Copy Handler v1.3 on Windows xp. After clicking the "Register dll" menu option, all the copy options appear when I right click my mouse. However, they are all greyed out, despite the fact that they are all set to enabled in the options file. How do I fix this? One of the other posts to the forum has a link to a FAQ, but that page seems to have moved.
