When I tried to copy/move using version 1.31/1.30 in Vista x32 nothing happens. I checked the log and the destination folder in the log is in chinese/japanese characters. Is it not getting the destination directory correctly?

Everything was fine in 1.28. What could be wrong? I'm pretty sure the settings in 1.30 and 1.31 are the same with my settings in 1.28. I also registered/unregistered the shell dll, UAC has been turned off in Vista

The problem could occur when the shell extension has not been registered properly - i.e. you have loaded in memory an incompatible shell extension. You should try to uninstall completely the CH, reboot, remove all traces of it and then install again.
