Problem after changing language

Hello,

I have installed Copy Handler 1.3 on my XP-Prof system and tried to change the language. After changing language to "german" and entering the path of the language files, the application is still in english.

But that's not really the problem: when I now select the "options" I'm getting an error "encountered an improper argument". The line, where you can select the language is empty (no description, no language). I can click away the error message, but every time when I try to enter the line for the path of the language files, I'm getting the same error message.
I have reinstalled and istalled, cleaned registry but the error is still there.

Can anybody help?
